General FAQs about Club Factory:
1. What is Club Fcatory?
- It is an App based shopping website, just like Amazon, Myntra Etc.
- You can Download it on your phone
- It is a China based shopping app and that`s why things are really cheap.
2. How to pay?
-Cash on Delievery (COD) is now available with an extra cost of Rs 100 on Club Factory.
- you may also pay using your Debit / Crediit card
- you can also pay via PayTm
- For reference: I paid using a Debit Card via Paytm
3. How long does the delievery of products take to reach us?
- 2 to 3 weeks ( mine reached on the 20th day of placing the order)
4. Do we have to pay any custom charges etc?
- No
5. Is there any shipping charges?
- Shopping over a purchase of Rs. 1925 is shipped free.
6. What are the shipping charges anyway?
- it is Rs.193/- for shopping below Rs.1925/-
7. Is it safe to use Credit / Debit card on this website?
- Yes, I think. I didnt face any problem. Also, a suggestion, change your card`s password after using the card for payment.
I did that as well.
8. what`s the quality of products like?
- It varies. It could be surprisingly good and dissappointingly bad as well.
My suggestion, do not buy extremely expensive things from this app to be on the safer side and avoid any hassle of returning
if in case anything goes amiss.
9. Can we return things once purchased?
-Yes, we can do that within 9 days of receiving the product. (read from the app for specifications)
