Having a morning bathroom routine is important after a spinal cord injury is important to save time. This is a video of me demonstrating my morning bathroom routine, which includes putting on deodorant, brushing my teeth, shaving, using mouth-wash, and washing my hands.
I have been a C5, C6, C7 Complete Quadriplegic (paralysis of all four limbs) with little tricep function since January 19, 2015. I hope this video helps you!
